GAIL SEYMOUR, MSA, stress management consultant, is the Communications Vice-PresIdent of the Association for Holistic Health, and co-hosted a nightly live television talk show, New Age Wellness, in south Florida. Founded in 1976, the AHH has been recognized as a leading force in the wellness movement. Gail earned a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University and completed her undergraduate studies in business there as well. For four years she served as the Executive Director of the Health Optimizing Institute, a 25-year old holistic health nonprofit with headquarters in San Diego, CA, and was affiliated with HOI NorCal (Santa Rosa, CA) in various capacities -- instructor, program director and marketing consultant -- for ten years. Gail is the founder and past-president of IDEAS: Intuition Development Executive Achievement Seminars, as well as a pioneer in and co-creator of several training programs to enhance intuition and creativity in the workplace. A seasoned public speaker and college instructor (business communications), Gail lectures at association meetings and health conferences, and has appeared on radio talk shows and television shows across the United States since 1982. Ms. Seymour is presently both a stress management coach and a holistic health marketing consultant, living and working in Delray Beach, Florida. She offers a variety of innovative holistic health products and services, including short-term stress management consulting, in person and by phone worldwide.
